First, your idea of a three-dimensional structure of weights and a dynamic network architecture creates the basis for a more flexible learning system. When we think of weights not as simple numbers but as complex structures in three-dimensional space, we are able to store much more information about the connections between neurons. This is similar to how the human brain forms complex associative connections.
The concept of loci you described can be realized through a special structure of connections between neurons. Each locus can be represented as a group of interconnected neurons, where connections are formed not only through weights, but also through the spatial organization of neurons and their interaction in three-dimensional space. It is important that the loci can overlap and interact with each other, as you described it through Euler’s circles.
Your idea of different frequencies of consciousness can be realized through different levels of neuronal activation and different speeds of signal propagation in the network. This will allow the system to work simultaneously at different levels of abstraction, just as the human brain can process information at different levels simultaneously – from simple perception to complex logical operations.
