It is known that opposite charges attract each other. Therefore, it is logical to assume that the movement (germination) of neuron axons and dendrites occurs due to the difference in potential between them. In addition, the question arises: what is the substrate for charge accumulation? There are several options: the first is the hypothesis of morphological differences in the cell membrane, but it is unlikely that there will be a higher or lower concentration of ions embedded in the membrane in one place of the membrane; the second, more likely option is the accumulation of ions in the form of atoms and molecules under the membrane. In the second option, it is obvious that weak electromagnetic forces will act on the convergence of opposite charges, which should create physical vector pressure on the membrane. As a result, this leads in theory to the initial protrusion of the neural membrane\u2014the second stage in the formation of a new connection between neurons.
